They regularly service our three commercial buildings here and have replaced three ACs and one exhaust fan. Our AC stopped working. We had a quote from ASI to replace the whole unit for $20,000. Israel came out and found the problem; all we needed was a new fuse. He also looked at our unit inside the home and found a problem with the wiring on the motherboard. He quickly repaired it and got us up and running. We appreciate his honesty and knowledge without trying to upsell.

Amazing service, amazing technician
Our A/C unit was not blowing cold. Past 2 years were fine. So I thought I needed a charge. Anderson was available the soonest, so they came out. I thought I might need a charge, so I asked the cost. Over $800 per pound! So yeah, no.
Called around to just ask what they charged per pound for refrigerant. One place required a technician to visit, costing $89, before they would give me the quote. So yeah, no.
Called PR Wave. They had a tech in the area and said they would look at it, no charge, and then give me a quote. But the cost per pound was less than half that of Anderson.
Tech discovered the power to the compressor was not connected, as I had some electrical work done. I fixed the issue, all is fine, problem solved.
Amazing service, amazing technician and reasonable cost. Highly recommend them and will be using them moving forward!
